      A very small amount, ¼ teaspoon, as almond extract is quite intense.

  3. Hi there the Bundt cakes look absolutely amazing why is when I make a bundt cake I can never get the cake out whole what is it that I’m doing wrong ?? I always allow the cake to cool down before I try to take it out and I always butter / grease the bundt pan before I put the cake batter in can you please let me know thanks

      Hi Fiona,
      I find non-stick sprays such as Baker’s Joy work really well. I recently tried a generic brand in the local supermarket and it was pretty good too. Spray the pan well, then use a pastry brush to spread the spray and evenly coat every crevice. Hope that helps!

  4. Oh my god your bundt cake skills are incredible! I love the little chocolate spiders especially.. so cute and perfect for Halloween. You can consider I will be recreating the recipe for the end of the month, hopefully I have some success!
