Cold weather and dry air seem to favor chiffon cakes as whipped egg whites seem to hold better when it’s cold. So I tend to make chiffon cakes in the fall and winter. I’ll make this lemon chiffon cake again when it gets warmer, just to see if humidity really is a factor. Continue reading

Chocolate Cookie Cups
Multi-tasking is very much key to a hectic life. We multi-task at work, at home and pretty much everywhere else; why even our gadgets have to be multi-taskers and be able to do things other than the main function for which they were originally purchased. Well, this recipe for chocolate cookie cups is a multi-tasker too, of sorts. It’s actually chocolate cookie dough baked in a non-stick mini muffin pan. House Bundt Cake
